On January 13, 2009, a freezing rain storm developed at about 21:30 UTC. About half an hour later, at 22 UTC, the freezing rain turned to snow as temperatures continued to drop below freezing and continued to the end of the storm. The storm dropped 0.7 inches (1.8 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.04 inches (0.11 cm).
