On January 17, 2009, a freazing rain storm developed at about 22 UTC. About 19 hours later, at 17 UTC on the 18th, the rain turned to snow as the relative humidity jumped. Snow continued to the end of the storm. The storm dropped 8.1 inches (20.6 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.36 inches (0.90 cm).
