On December 12, 2008, a rain storm developed at about 20 UTC. About 4 hours later, at 0 UTC the next day, the rain turned to snow and continued to the end of the storm. The storm dropped 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.02 inches (0.05 cm).
