On November 11, 2006, a strong rain storm developed at about 20 UTC. About 11 hours later, at 7 UTC, the rain turned to snow as temperatures dropped below freezing and continued to the end of the storm. The storm dropped 0.3 inches (0.8 cm) of snowfall.
