On November 14, 2007, a strong rain storm developed at about 23 UTC. About 8 hours later, the rain turned to snow as the temperature dropped below freezing. The storm dropped a 0.1 inches (0.3 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.01 inches (0.03 cm).
