On February 14, 2006, a virga case developed at about 11:30 UTC. About a half a hour later, rain touched the ground and dropped 0.12 inches (0.30 cm) of rainfall. Virga formed again about 0.5 UTC the next day. Below are the dBZ and doppler velocity radar images and graphs of statistics during and around the storm.
